Official Loup County Contacts
These are the local offices identified in the official source set. Have a legal name, date of birth, citation or case number, approximate court date, and issuing court ready. The county does not publish a dedicated warrant counter, after-hours intake schedule, or live active-warrant list.
Who to Call First
Call County Court for traffic, misdemeanor, Taylor village ordinance, payment, and many failure-to-appear matters. Use the District Court route for felony files. Call the sheriff for process service, custody, and a possible reporting location. The published court phone is shared, so state the court and case number at the start of the call.
- Use Nebraska JUSTICE to locate the public case.
- Call the correct clerk for status and recall instructions.
- Call the sheriff for service or custody logistics.

What This Website Cannot Answer
This site cannot verify whether a particular warrant exists, interpret a docket as legal advice, accept payment, set bond, arrange a surrender, or tell a person whether to appear. Only the issuing court can confirm recall or vacatur. The sheriff can answer its own service and custody questions. If a caller or message demands immediate payment, use the Nebraska Judicial Branch’s scam warning and contact the court through a verified page.
